Beyond Social Poster Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern access to and use of Beyond Social Poster, operated by Beyond Digital Labs. By using the app or completing a business-profile permission request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the agency, client, business, or provider account involved.

2. The service

Beyond Social Poster helps authorized agency users organize clients and businesses, connect supported business social profiles, create and review content, apply Brand Truth rules, collect human approvals, schedule publishing, and review provider receipts. Supported capabilities depend on the connected provider, media type, permissions, app-review status, and provider API availability.

A client-facing access link authorizes provider-profile discovery only. It does not create a Beyond Social Poster account, dashboard login, membership, role, or authenticated session for the client.

3. Accounts and profile authority

• Keep app, provider, device, and recovery credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise.
• Connect or request access only when you have the business owner’s authority.
• Select only the exact profiles and destinations the business has authorized.
• Keep client, business, contact, Brand Truth, and profile information accurate.
• Revoke access when the agency’s authority or client relationship ends.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people or agents to whom you grant access.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Beyond Digital Labs a limited permission to host, process, transform as technically necessary, and transmit that content solely to operate Beyond Social Poster and complete your requested publishing workflow.

You are responsible for content accuracy, claims, disclosures, accessibility text, intellectual-property rights, privacy and publicity rights, required licenses, promotions, and compliance with law and industry rules. Brand Truth and approval controls assist review but do not provide legal, medical, financial, or advertising-law advice.

5. Agents and human approval

Workspace owners or administrators may issue revocable keys that limit an authorized software agent to specified actions and social profiles. Agent activity is audited. An agent cannot grant itself access, expand a client’s permission, or approve its own work. You remain responsible for agent instructions, selected scopes, human review, and resulting provider actions.

6. Meta, Google, and other third parties

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Cloudflare-hosted services, and any other third-party service remains subject to that provider’s terms, policies, technical limits, and decisions. You authorize Beyond Social Poster to make provider API requests only for the profiles and actions you select.

Providers may change, delay, reject, remove, restrict, or display content differently. Beyond Digital Labs does not control provider review, account standing, distribution, feeds, ranking, search visibility, or retention.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Beyond Social Poster to:

• access or publish to a profile without authorization;
• send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or spam content;
• evade provider policies, platform review, Brand Truth, approval, security, rate, or profile-scope controls;
• upload malware, probe other tenants, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another user’s credentials or data;
• misrepresent a photo upload, draft, failed receipt, or hidden object as a successfully published timeline or feed post.

8. Scheduling and publishing

Review the final content, media, destination, profile, time zone, schedule, and approval state before dispatch. Publishing and deletion calls can create immediate external effects and may not be reversible. A provider request already in flight may complete even after a local cancellation, in which case the provider receipt is retained for reconciliation.

The app does not guarantee delivery time, uninterrupted service, audience reach, engagement, search ranking, SEO results, lead volume, or provider acceptance. You should monitor time-sensitive campaigns and maintain an appropriate contingency plan.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, disconnect providers, and request deletion. Beyond Digital Labs may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or providers, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment under a separate agreement, or prevent harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.

10. Beyond Digital Labs property

Beyond Social Poster, its software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to Beyond Digital Labs or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your authorized business purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the service.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Beyond Digital Labs disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Digital Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, provider restrictions, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Any additional warranties, service levels, indemnities, or liability limits in a signed agreement with Beyond Digital Labs control over conflicting provisions here.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product, providers, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
